I would like the details area, currently in the Details Tab of the Schedule Activity form moved to the front page where people can both see and use it.
1. Makes it easier to add details and saves two mouse-clicks to do so.
2. GIves UI consistancy with both the Clear Activity form and the Create History form where details are both on the front page.
3. And, most importantly, it prevents existing Details being hidden from view when you create a follow up activity.
Its often the simplest things that have the greatest impact on a users' experience.
Using Impact Suite you can design the 'edit activity' form. One the default activity layouts has the details/memo fields on the primary tab.
