Sales poeple the world over share some common activities, and one of them is that they visit customers and then have to record their travel expenses.
Could we not incorperate expense tracking into ACT! ?
For example, if we added some additional fields to the scheduling dialogue we could not only schedule a meeting, but also record how many miles round trip to that locatiion (either entered manually, pulled from a field in the contact record, or as web integration seems to be the flavour of the moment, pulled from Google Driving Directions). In addition we could also record any other expenses recorded along the way, such as fuel, meals, taxi etc in the same Task.
Finally, give us a customisable Excel report to give to accounts each month. Perfect.
