We have upgraded to ACT 2012 from 9.0- A long time coming. One of the great selling features was the available resources feature. Lo and behold when we set it up- WE have no ability to schedule or manage resources from the remotes. Completely useless at that point as as the database admin- I do not even access the main server on a regular basis. We have several large pieces of equipment that we would like to be able to use the resources feature for so that each salesperson can look up the scheduling for and plan their own schedules and demonstrations.
