Whilst most ACT! users will have only one address on a client record, many will have two or three telephone number fields.
Would it not therefore make sense to include the lookup for Any Phone Field in the standard Lookup drop-down list?

On the Act4aAvisors addon, we have 11 phone fields on the ACT 2012 version. Looking up a phone number is impossible. Looking up missed calls on Act 6.0 was so easy on the keyword search. 2012 is a large step backwards.
