I think, it is required that on the top of each table list (history, activity, contact, company, ...) there should be a button to refresh the list, or an auto-refresh setting.
At this time, you should change the view, and return back for these lists to be refreshed.
You can customize the upper toolbar and add Refresh shortcut.
Or Durking Computing has a free auto-refresh add-on that be set to refresh on a defined time schedule like every 3 minutes. You may need to work with it though if you set it at a too short interval, the screen will flcker during refreshes.
But a defineable option within preference would be perfect!
Thank you very much for your comments.
"F5" also refreshes the list similar to most web browsers. Much easier to get a quick refresh than switching views.
Sorry, auto refresh freebie is from Durkin Computing. At this link www.durkincomputing.com
Scroll down the page, it is towards the bottom of the page.
Unfortunately, Symantec Endpoint Protection recognizes this add-on as WS.Reputation.1 threat.
Contact Jim Durkin directly. I am sure he will have a suggestion. firstname.lastname@example.org. But I would think you could make it an exception to AV scanning.
