I have been an Act user for many years, however there are some aspects of its operation and usability that continue to frustrate me and i do not understand why they have not been fixed. If some of these have been fixed then i am not aware of them. I have been searching for another CRM because i am frustrated and fed up with these issues below. My list follows.
I have had to deal with these behaviors for many years and am fed up with them, hence searching for an alternative crm to move to. These issues should have been fixed years ago. Its the general ease and efficiency of use that is important and not just some other feature that many of us may not use much at all. Surely the above behaviors can be easily fixed by the software developers and implemented with an update.
