The Schedule Activity Task Form should have the Activities Series incorporated within it. This makes more sense than having the Activity Series in some dropdown somewhere else. This is another example of extra clicks that just waste time.
Also, every activity in an Activity Series should have the choice of Adding groups/companies to each series activity.
For example, if I have 2 activities in a series such as Golf Outing Promotion where one activity includes the same 5 guys/gals that consistently attend, then if I add the group of people that belong to that group, it makes it easier than having to do this every time.
Please simplify this program. These extra clicks are a just a waste of time.
