Why not grab the post code and do a search of the contacts?

The Opportunities can link to multiple contacts, groups, companie... or none of them. So it makes it a bit tricky to make what you want to work.

Hunter,

We have developed an add-on called Impact Opportunity List Plus v4 (OLP). It can add any field such as address and phone fields from the contact directly onto the opportunity list.

1) Install OLP then restart ACT!

2) Go to the Opportunity List View

3) Click on the COLUMN icon on the top toolbar

4) Place a check mark in " Show Contact"

Now your available columns list will display all the fields from the contact table. Select your desired contact field and click the 'Add->' button to move it into your list

These steps only need to be performed once. To export to Excel click on the EXCEL button on the top toolbar.  If the columns are exactly the way you require you could just click on the PRINT icon. There are many other OLP features you may find handy such as multiple quotes templates and a quote number generator.

You can download OLP's free 30 day trial at: http://durkincomputing.com/Download.aspx

Thanks

Is there a valid security certificate for the download
