Frequently I use the Contact Ac tivity search feature to generate a list of activities in Excel to my manager. The most useful data I can provide now is the type of activity and whether or not the contact is a customer, prospect, or suspect.
My manager would find this report substantially more useful if the Regarding could be included in the columns and subsequently exported to Excel. Imagine how useful that would then be in an Excel document that can show in summary (regarding) the staps taken with a customer or all the prospects.
