While the Outlook Sync on ACT 2011 has generally worked well for me, the telephone extension field does not sync (from either direction). I can't imagine that this would be a very difficult fix.
Also the country code... without which, it's impossible to dial internationally or to use if you travel.

Well than, I'm glad we decided to wait to upgrade to 2011, that would have been horrific to have to deal with. We're just starting to upgrade to 2010 because we didn't want to have to deal with issues like that! Thanks for the heads up!
