It needs to show more of the contact information..
Plus: make up your mind: what do you mean by Login name, user name, email address. etc.
Thank you for your suggestion regarding the size and detail of the Groups Add/Remove Contacts window. I assure you that your suggestion will be reviewed and evaluated by our product management team as an option for an update or future release.
In regards to your question, for a user the "login name" and the "user name" are the same thing. They are used for accessing the database and identifying an ACT! User. I'm honestly not sure what you question is regarding the email address, but each contact has a primary email address with the option to add fields for additional email addresses.
