This is such an obvious idea that I'm surprised it isn't available within ACT!.  I know there's a 3rd party add-on that will do this, but that shouldn't be necessary IMHP.

Ok then...can we suggest that this is added in the next release?  I know that on the Mac side, Daylite by Marketcircle has the ability to do this.

I just added this as a new idea before I found this thread. It would be nice to "Go to Contact" from the MS Outlook InBox.

I believe DesignR1 has the add-on.

I had this in Goldmine - and I was so use to it that I was surprised it wasn't in ACT.  In Goldmine, you can configure it so that when you click on an email, Goldmine automatically moves to the appropriate contact (thus you don't even need to click on a button when you look at the email.
