I would like to see a function in Act! or plugin that depending on the content of a specific field selects which screen template to use.
If you, in the same database, are working with contacts on two or more completely different projects and each project needs its own set of fields then it would be great to have one screen template with its own set of fields and colors for each project.
In Preferences should the following be specified:
Default Contact Template (used if no template is specified for a Contact),
which Contact field contains the name of the template to use for this Contact.
For my Act! customers I want to see serial number, number of users, Act! version etc
For my Web customers I want to see Domain name, expire date, login data etc
For my Google Adword customers I want to see budget, some statistics etc
