Do you have calculated a field(s) within your Opportunities?

 

Is so, this is a known issue and is fixed (I am told) in with SP1

No Trevor, I don't have calculated fields within my Opportunities. If it helps any in solving this mystery, it is also doing the "jump back" thing in the contact screen.

I have lost the old history notes at the bottom of my screen. How do I access past notes for my contacts? I can't pull  anything up from the bottom. I know this may seem like a simpleton's question, but this simpleton needs help to retrieve important data from conversations. HELP!

Make sure the ACT! and database windows are maximized.  Makes it easier to find the location to pull up...

We have just upgraded to 21.1.187.0, and having the same problem, after some testing I found it was happening in the Opportunities list when changing the Salesperson/ user name. I then have to Alt Ct Del and end ACT, and go back in....  if I leave the field as me all is fine. (not useful but its a temp fix).
