I think if we have a possibility to insert our expenses in activities, and control wich one we sent to our company to refund, will be great.
Like Mileage, phone calls, tolls, meals, hotels, etc.
But for each activity we can have more than one expense.
But I think we need control which expense was refunded.
ACT! is a tool for sales people. Sales people have to put in expense reports based on meetings they have scheduled in ACT. It would therfore be useful if those expense claims could be generated from ACT Activities.
It won't be perfect for everyone, but if it works for 50% of the users that would be a good end user benefit.
Totally agree! Also, if you can link a contact to the activity like other things, it meets the need in my company to list contacts that were part of that dinner expense as an example.
One workaround to this is copy-paste the contents of an Excel Spreadsheet into the Details of an Activity.
