ACT! is primarily a contact manager, i.e. it is contact-centric not company centric. Often you want to go quickly to the prime contact record(s) for a company as that is the person you most often need to contact, for instance.It would make for easy lookup if in the Lookup window there was a check box option; Include Only Prime Records. In addition when a contact record is created you are prompted 'Do you want this record marked prime Yes/No? . The control to invoke/not invoke this facility would be selectable by the ACT! database administrator.
