Many of our clients send confidential data and reports that they can not send out that the client can edit or change them. Their only choice is to send a PDF. Even when they try to send an RTF it looks like unformated text and comes out very unprofessional. To advertise that ACT can e-mail reports, but only RTF format and not a Word document, a PDF file, or something that is more usable is not very good.

It shows how to add other output formats to the report list.
The kb says "You would like to send your ACT! report output to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, a Tiff Image, or Paged HTML format. " I went through it and PDF is not mentioned.
