I started adding the documents to act but found the database size became VERY large and slow as such i started a directory tree for each contact and dumped the files in each client directory, some thing like this would be better as it can be managed neatly and also backed up seperately with out enlarging the database substancially
We solved this issue by creating a company record for our own company and putting all the frequently used documents in the company document tab.
