I realize you use the Windows dailer (i use XP) for the dialer in Act. It would be so nice if the dialer knew when you hang up and resets itself and is ready to dial again when you make the next call. i use the Dialer alot! The Dialer knows when there is no dial tone available, please right into the software for the Dialer to know when you hang up. Or when you Click on the Stop button on the Window Timer for the phone call, it also in that same Click hangs up the dialer. Also a few times per day even when I click Talk after the dialer has dialed the sound still comes through the computer speaker instead of muteing your voice as it does most of the time when you Click on Talk. Please work on these if at all possible.
