This should default to "Call Attempted" not "Call Completed". This seems obvious....I would not figure I am the only person to have brought this up...Alternative (perhaps better) would be to allow user to choose default on this one...
Allowing the administrator to choose a default (my pref) or the user to choose a default (acceptable) is a good option here.
But as a blanket change to "Call Attempted" nope.
Most of the time when I call I rightly mark it as call completed, that is, the majority are completed calls. If I need to leave a message or can't reach them, then I mark it as call attempted, this is the minority for me.
