I can create a custom command to add an often used document template to my "Write" menu but there isn't a function to do that for frequently used email templates.
I have 4 that I use a lot. if I had just one I could rename the emailbody template and just use that.
Can we fix that?
I also have the same problem. As I recruiter I have many templates I use on a daily basis.
Hot Jobs, Contracts, Non Disclosure Agreements,....
I could do this with an older version of Goldmine (2006) but I can not do this with ACT!?
Amazing that ACT! does not have this feature built in.
