We want syncing on the mac. Contacts, cal etc. Not using a 3rd party conduit like CL or HHC.
We want the "Edit" field on the web version. It's impossible to do any sort of bulk editing in the "full featured" web version. We have powerfull enough computers and fast enough connections to run the ACTUAL version. Not a scaled down version.
We want smart fields. For example. The first letter of each new word should be auto caps in Comapnies and Names. Pasting phone numbers into a phone field is very quarky. You basicly can't do it unless its formatted exaclty how the program wants. Many other programs have these features. When we're inputting contacts and data into ACT we need it to be as easy and quick as possible.
