This feature is quite lame and needs to be improved. Right now, it's almost useless.
When a user tries to copy data from one contact record to another, he/she has to select each field and then choose the Copy button. (It should be noted that the Copy button is directly above the Reset button......this aint good .)
If you have a lot of fields to copy, you have to keep moving your mouse between the copy button and selecting the fields to copy. If you aren't careful, the Reset button will wipe our your mapping. You might have just mapped 300 fields and then accidentally hit the Reset button!...start over now.
It would be better if the user could : 1. Multi select fields to copy and then choose the Copy button. 2. Double click on the select field to copy. 3. Have a button that says, copy all missing data and another that says, Copy all data.
I would also move the reset button so it is nowhere near the copy button.
