Often, when developing sales leads, I'll research websites to learn about the company and also get their contact information. Many times, that contact information is a big block of text.

What I do now is copy that block of contact information into a Excel file and then later segment that block of information into different cells so I can import it into ACT!
A great feature would be a "Contact Quick Add" where you could just copy the website (or social media) information into ACT! in one block (instead of time consuming line by line) and have the program add it to the proper cells in the dB. This would save a lot of time, thus speeding up sales productivity.
