As a long time ACT! User I would like to say that the product has gotten better and better. One feature that I would find very valuable is being able to define a group of contacts (ie all contacts in California), then have them appear on a map to see who is in proximity of a target meeting. Expand the map and scroll over the bullets to see who each contact is. This is how I (and I presume a ton of other people) fill out trips with other business opportunities.
