C'mon folks.  You mean you don't find yourself clearing an activity of a To-Do but you did it by making a call?


You then have to close the clearing activity, then change the activity to a call, then clear the activity.


Hey Switpage, this could be a real time saver.


I'm fishing for some Kudos on this suggestion

Today it occurred to me that another reason for this to be added is management of rollover activities.


I use the "To Do" as the mandatory rollover activity and almost the rest remain on the original date it was supposed to be handled.  Of course I can select the activity types that need to roll.  While I try to get a lot of marketing activities done every day, the tyrany of the urgent mans that I take care of my customers first.  So the activities that don't roll over will continue to increase and decrease as time permits.
