If I understand correctly, when you install ACT you choose a country setting and this is the ONLY option for creating quotes going forward. I.e. if you choose UK then you are stuck with GBP and USA then it is $. ( I have ACT PRO 2012 installed on the PC I am testing)
I am based in the UK and I have customers all over the world who (rightly) expect to pay me in their local currency (at least a choice of $, € or $).
Surely as a "leading" CRM system ACT should allow users to deal with customers in more than one geographical location in an ever increasing global world economy? Even a simple radio button either in the opportunities Tab or on the quote.xlt file to allow a switch between the three major currency's would suffice.
I hope that this is added in the very near future as without this change the whole opportunities section of ACT is complete useless to my business, and I am sure this is not isolated.
