Call Dispostion

Hello, I am getting ready to telemarket to my contact list and I was wondering how I can set a field to disposition a call. I would like to be able to click on a drop down and select "not interested" and have the contact be removed from my calling list.

 

Also, When I click on the next contact ther persons name is half hidded. I have to click on the name and take my curser and move it to the left to see the name. Is ther away to have the name property displayed when I go to the next contact?

Thank you for your suggestion to improve Sage ACT!.

 

In regards to the issue you described with the contact name, this sounds like a reported issue with the initial release of Sage ACT! 2012. This issue was resolved with Service Pack 1. You can get information to download and install this update in the following Knowledgebase article:

After applying Service Pack 1, you can also download and install the latest hot fix for the SP1 build via this Knowledgebase article:

Note: If you are using a shared database, then all machines using that database muct also update the Service Pack 1, starting with the machine (server) hosting the database.

I am using SAGE Act 2011 Does this still apply?

 

I can't seem to edit the first name and last name from the contact screen It is grayed out. When I click to define fields to allow editing I can't find first name and last name in the list. Any idea why?

The contact name being right aligned is also addressed in a hotfix.
