Here's a great idea that was just suggested by one of my favourite ACT! users:
We should be able to set ACTIVITY SORT ORDER in CALENDAR VIEW PREFENCES to control the activity types that are displayed first in a monthly calendar view. For example, we may want to see meetings and other "booked" sessions appear first, with scheduled calls listed after.
Similarly - we should be able to SORT by activity type the day's activities listed on the right of any full calendar view. I'm not sure what currently controls the order of events
