Button to change the year range in popup mini calander

Are you referring to right clicking the date range & scrolling the year  ?

its quicker to type the date directly into the field, defeating the idea of a popup calendar.

if not please enlighten me,  I run Act! Pro Version 19.0.147.0, Update 4

It has the double arrows to go forward >> or backward << a year at a time at the top of the mini calendar.

I cannot find settings anywhere !
