On a terminal server, when users login from multiple timezones, you can set the server to use the same timezone as the user's local computer. With Act! for Web, the timezone used is whatever the web server is set to. Sure, there's the timezone setting in the preferences, but that only adjust the timezone for certain items, not everything. That just makes it more confusing since you have to remember what things are effected by the timezone settings and what things aren't.
