I like to attach all my Outlook generate emails to the appropriate ACT record, however doing so creates big problems because when I "attach" a large group of Outlook "Inbox" emails, many are not created because the ACT record for many email addresses can be created automatically. The process to create the ACT records and attach the emails is excruciatingly time consuming and tedious. Can SAGE or ACT add the option to create the ACT record prior to attempting to attach, so that I do not need to do it manually?
