Sales people don't always have the time to check Company records for Notes or History as they typically work with Contact records. Indeed, if they are accessing the data through a mobile app like HandHeld Contact they won't have access to the Company records anyway.
It would therefore be useful to have an option within Act! which automatically copies any Notes and History created in a Company Record to ALL the Contacts linked to that Company.
This can be done manually when creating the note but it's a bit of a faff to achieve and likely to be forgotten.
I would also like any NEW contacts linked to the Company to be updated with all the relevant Company Notes and History as well.
