I have a Main Group which Contains 287 Contact & I would Like to Move some of the contacts in to a Sub Group. and after moving some contacts i wanted to remove those contact from the Main Group. when i sopke with the Tech Support in ACT . They create a New field & they went through Lot of Step.
I need My ACT to SAVE MY TIME NOT TO CONSUME TIME... You need an easier way to deal with groups so that contacts can be moved and removed from one group to another group rather than doing it one by one. The current set-up is very cumbersome and complicated and only a tech can do it. It is not a user-friendly system like Window where you can move files by just clicking on the file and moving from one to another.
Please see what you can do to make it better for all of us.
