Adding contact(s) to an opportunity has different results if the contact is added from the contact opportunity tab or within the opportunity.
This inconsistency is only applicable if the contact is part of a company, so that his name and company will show in the top section of an opportunity.
FROM OPPORTUNITY VIEW: Using the Add/Remove Contacts the contact's name and affiliated company are displayed.
FROM THE CONTACT VIEW: Using the contact's detail view and adding an opportunity from the Opportunity Tab only adds the person and not the company. Again, the contact must be linked to a company.
This is certainly confusing when training users on ACT!

Is this happening in the browser interface John? I'm not seeing it in the Windows version (188.8.131.52, Update 4)
I don't use the cloud version, only local that is created by an RDB.
