It would be neat it you could add the Regarding field to the defaults in Scheduling Preferences.
Often, a telesales person will nearly always want to shedule a Call with the Regarding Field being "Telesales Call", and the salesman will be scheduling meetings with the regarding as "Sales Call".
Saves a couple of clicks each time if the Regarding field could be pre-filled and wouldn't need changing on most occasions.
Would need to be e personal setting, not a global one.
