I like ACT very much. It help me a lot but one thing that take me a lot of time is to constantly add / remove history to groups, companies, opportunities.
I would like to be able to select several items (in Contact / History) and add / remove to groups, companies and/or opportunities.
This help me to run reports and create statistic to see which market, for example, I´ve being work more.
I agree. If you could "share" multiple history records at one time it would be AMAZING. It makes so much more sense!!
Or have them be automatically linked to the associated conacts/companies like in Act 2009....
