I would like an additional column in the Activities Tab and Task List to indicate which activities have alarms set.
At present, there is no way of finding out other than to open each activity one at a time.
The Defaults for Alarms, Alerts, Reminders and PopUps are supposed to be "Off" unless selected and this would be a visual confirmation of the settings to avoid any confusion. Many Users do not want any reminders or alarms popping up or ringing.
The other area that needs to be addressed within this submission is to add the need to have the option "Specify where the Alarm should ring" when setting up Synchronisation with Outlook " to select "No Alarm" so that Users are assured that they will not suddenly have an alarm in Outlook or ACT! sounding.
