GSuite is now becoming a favorite place for people to move their email, documents, etc. They can also move their domain. Now, when sending AMA from a Gsuite account, even though the domain is "mycompany.com", AMA thinks it is Gmail and sends from Actsend.com. As a customer has a specific domain, AMA should recognize that and use it as the sending domain.
I have since learned that there is a way to add DKIM and SPF records on GSuite which should solve this problem. However, it is not documented anywhere within Act's forums, KBs, or Help. Adding this to the Knowledgebase would help other customers.
