".net" IS what the Microsoft community uses... it's the Microsoft development platform.

 

Depending on the printer, it may be a case of updating the driver, as per:

Hi, I've got a Lexmark Pro905 with Wireless. Works fine for me. I'd be looking at your .Net installation to see if anything is messed up.

 

Sidenote: The Lexmark Pro905 is quite simply the BEST PRINTER I've ever used. The Evernote integration is simply awesome.
