I'm happy to see that the developers reverted back to not including the email text in the Details field in the Contact History, but they didn't change back the way the Details are shown in the Contact History. Before Update 4, we could add notes to the Details field and they would start on a new line, below the Subject line in the History, but Update 4 & 5 changed this so the Details start immediately after the Subject line, which runs the last word in the Subject into the first word of the Details. It would be nice if the Details could be set back to the way they were, so that anything you add to the Details field starts on a new line in the Contact History, below the Subject line. For now, I'm going to have to tell my co-workers to add a new blank line before they add any Details to the Details field, so their notes don't become part of the Subject Line. Otherwise, it's going to be difficult and confusing for us to find emails with specific Subject lines when the Details are slammed up against the end of the Subject line.
