Session Timeout: 2 Hours
Expected Behaviour: Login remains open on mobile device for 2 hours whether in focus or not.
Actual Behavior: Prompted to login after 5-10 miuntes.
Confirmed by SP Support: CID#: 8010368094
1) Log in to ACT! Premium Mobile from a mobile device.
2) Switch away from browser for 5 minutes to E-mail, make a call, send a text, open Google Maps, or open LinkedIn app and return to APM and the user is prompted to log in again.
Impact: It is more convenient to use Handheld Contact app than APM.
