I have a client with many, many custom fields and 38 users who recently started using ACT Premium Mobile (v16). They want to change the default fields for ACT Mobile. The current list is:
Contact
Company
Phone
Mobile Phone
E-Mail
Messenger ID
Business Address
Website
They want to remove some of these fields and add other fields in by default. I know that you can go into each device and alter the fields on a user by user basis, but they want to change the defaults universally. Since there is a list of default fields (see above) the list must exist somewhere in the system. If it is some XML file then we might be able to edit it and change the list. If it is hard coded into the software then maybe not. It would be very helpful to be able to change the defaults, especially for large implementations.
I haven't seen a way to customise (or hack) it like it can be done with the full client.... there are quite a few things it needs to be something users can depend on for their work.

Anobody found an issue (or hack) for this topic ? I have 50 custom fileds to set on contacts and company with 40 users.
