Withe the new ActDiag V14 just released I had cause to call tech support yesterday to assist in fixing a database broken as a result of a power outage.


Their advice?


Open ACT Diag

Detach and reattach the database.

Run all the Rebuild options


Open the database in ACT and run Check and Repair.


In other words, run every repair option available.


So why not have one button for "Run everything"?


At least we can speed up discovering it's broken beyond repair.
