Support should not have sent you to this forum. This is for idea or suggestions to improve ACT.

 

There are known issues with ACT to Outlook integration that can be resolved with special settings and/or an ACT add-on from a development partner.

 

Try one of these forums to post your issue or call ACT Support back and insist another tech
