The ability to do a global edit to replace the contents of the Record Manager field seems to have disappeared form 2010.
Can we have it back please; it's important!
Yes, our company finds this field essential. When having to replace multiple records record manager it is painstakingly time consuming to replace the field in individual contacts. We upload with a Manager and then distribute the multiple records this is an unacceptable removal of a great feature. Please bring this back.
Yes it is available for contacts. How about for Companies now?
Um how about for opportunities? We have SP1 and 2010 and can't replace the record manager. How are we to assign all the work of departing salesman A to new Salesmen B. You really think we want to edit a hundred opportunities by hand? Please fix this.
