images downloading for some but not others

Client decided to send a test blast internally for a new template they created.  She sent it to 6 employees and none of them can get the images to download properly.  They sent the same email to me and I can view them without issue.  It's probably something with their SPAM/JUNK filter stripping something out but other "commercial" emails she's received have the images still intact.  Are there best practices for ensuring images can be displayed?  Since other emails are displaying images correctly, it seems something is different with the AEM emails.

Hi Marshall,

We have a couple of knowledgebase articles that could help:

It's also wortth checking if an email client preference to not display images from unapproved senders etc. is enabled.

Useful KB articles about AEM. Never saw those before......

This is taking this thread in a different turn. But...

How is the best way using the ACT-KB search function to get the most current KBs on AEM service?

When AEM started, there were a great deal of articles under the search name "engage" which was the previous name of AEM.

Hi Terry,

All KB articles are tagged with a product. You can see only those tagged as Act! Emarketing though the following link: http://kb.swiftpage.com/app/answers/list/p/2815,9372
You can also perform an advanced search to only show results for Act! Emarketing.

There will be some KB articles tagged as Swiftpage Engage, however these should also be tagged with AEM.
