We have just upgraded to Sage ACT 2013. The version being used by us is Sage ACT! Premium 2013 Version 220.127.116.11 Now from the new system we are unable to conect to Swifpage services for which we are a subscriber. We are able to login through the browser but unable to do so from within ACT-2013.
Unable to find the place where we can input the account ID and password details. Is anyone experiencing this problem or have solved it then please help.
Already tried KB Article 28457 but it does not help.
