I am taking over the database upkeep for my company and have discovered that the previous keeper of the Emarketing campaigns did not use the option to Update Email Campaign History. We are trying to clean up our very large database and we would like to eliminate contacts with bouncing emails. I have gone back as far as the options in the dialogue box allow (120 days), but I have to assume that the campaigns prior to this were never updated in our database. Is there a simple way to update older campaigns?
I am using Act! version 20 and the database is located on a remote server.
