I have removed specific contacts from groups, and I have even removed some contacts from our database completely, and I when I send out email blasts, I am still getting Undeliverable/Bounce Back messages from their email addresses.... I don't understand how this is possible....Someone please explain this to me.

We're going to have to further investigate this on your account at a campaign level. Please open a ticket here with the information from your post here, and please also include the particular campaign names and dates, and the email addresses you are seeing bounce which should not have been included in the campaign.
